I used the services of NewStone Realty to list my property on the MLS. Steve presented to me what was needed and how this [FSBO] program worked. He made it very simple and explained things thoroughly. He even did a walk-through of my property and provided very objective feedback. I listed the home and within a few weeks, I had a sale. I was seeking to buy a house in NC when I retired - but was not sure when that would be. Knowing that can be a long, futile trip that scares off most real estate agents. Not Amy. Amy was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. If she takes you on a client she will go above and beyond the call of duty to sell your house. Past realtors just listed my house and it didn't sell. Amy was way different. She actively worked with me to get the house ready and when it went under contract, she recommended and worked with contractors to do repairs. The process of selling a home by owner was new to me but having a system in place with a realtor that sells homes by owner was very beneficial. Steve had worked with other homeowners in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. He was able to explain in detail how his company helps sellers to list their properties with all of the perks of having an agent list your property such as listings on multiple sites, professional pictures, etc. Steve was also always available to answer any and all questions throughout the entire process.

Working with Steve was one of the best parts of my selling experience. I tried For-Sale-By-Owner for two weeks without generating a whole lot of traffic. Once I listed my house through Steve's MLS service, the traffic more than doubled and I had the house sold in a little over two weeks. As Steve said, the cost of the Flat Fee Service was the best money I have ever spent and I saved thousands in commission money. I prefer to work with commission discount brokers because I usually do a lot of the work myself. I approached Steve on a vacant residential lot with this in mind. A quick and easy deal - or so I thought. However, the deal quickly got very complicated with survey and septic issues. Steve went the extra mile and provided full service to resolve these issues and basically guide both the seller and his agent to a closed deal. I waived the Buyer's Credit as a sign of the true partnership relationship you will have working with Steve.

Humera, Adam and I really appreciate your help in helping us navigate the pitfalls of the home buying process in Raleigh. Were it not for your sage advice we may have bought in haste and would now be repenting at leisure! Amy was very helpful in helping to get our house staged and her expertise paid off. We were able to get an offer for above asking price in less than a week. There is only one way to describe Steve...absolutely amazing!! I flew in from out of state, and wanted to look at as many houses as possible, choose an area of town, find a great house and buy it, all in a week. I contacted Steve before making my travel plans, and was so impressed with him that I didn't even call any other Realtors. I immediately knew that he was the one for me. He spent time on the phone and via email with me before I came to town, and we had a plan in place for the first day of house hunting. He picked me up at my hotel, and we started our whirlwind tour! That first day we drove by 19 houses, and went in many of them. He was able to set up viewing appointments while we were sitting outside of the houses. That saved a ton of time since we didn't have to take a separate day to view the ones that interested me. Steve is a general contractor; so he was able to point out things that were major problems, minor problems, or cosmetic problems. He is very focused on your exit strategy as well. It doesn't matter if you plan to live in the house for a few years or a long time, chances are that you will want to sell it some day. He would point out things that would help or hurt me on resale. That is something that is very important, and mostly overlooked when you are buying a house. Steve blew me away with his dedication to finding a house for me in such a short time. He pretty much dropped everything and was putting in 12-hour days with me. In 10 days we did find the right house and got our offer accepted! Even after that, he was still giving 110 percent. Since I was out of state again, he came out to the property and met with the home inspector, the septic inspector, and dealt with getting the minor repairs completed that the home inspector found. And he was very helpful at the closing as well. Not to mention the great Buyer's Credit that I received at closing. He actually gives you a percentage of his commission towards your closing costs! Bottom line, you aren't going to find a better Realtor. He is honest, dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills. I've never met a Realtor like him before, and probably never will again! He's one of a kind, and simply the best!
